DESCRIPTION:
E. Terry & Sons, Plymouth, Conn, C.1830, remains of a pillar and scroll that ticks and strikes through the dirt.
CONDITION:
case is absent its entire top and scrolls, and feet are replaced and too short; original tablet got broken around 30 years ago, and amazingly we found the pieces to tape it together for the foto; label is pretty good with minor losses. The Terry movement should be worth $200, or the case is a challenge for the able restorer. The dial although from a column/splat is excellent. Hands are original. Weights are replacements. Ht 25"
